If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, before the order enters processing.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Restricted Goods Notice: For countries where specific product categories (such as adult products) are restricted or prohibited, the buyer assumes all risks of customs clearance. If the goods are detained or confiscated by local customs, we cannot bear the associated losses.
5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier (excluding packages stolen after successful delivery), please contact us at market@westeez.com. We will launch an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
